　　Systematic R&D
　　For customers, Jiuzhou lightweight trailer is not only a specially-designed transportation solution, but also a reasonable and tailor-made solution. In order to fully meet customer needs, the design fully considers the type of tractor and the load of trailer, the driving habit of the driver, road conditions, and cargo requirements. The six main systems, i.e. the bearing system, the suspension system, the running system, the braking system, the traction system, and the electrical system are reasonably configured to fit with the system. The trailer and the tractor are interconnected to improve the efficiency of lightweight trailers, to provide higher performance, security and efficiency for the vehicle.
 
　　Systematic Assembly
　　Jiuzhou allows customers to oversee the production process of lightweight trailers and participate in quality supervision. Unlike traditional trailer enterprises that deliver products by buying materials from everywhere and assembling final products, or even selling their qualifications to anyone who produces, refits and delivers in an unregulated manner, Jiuzhou bears the research and development of the joint system, the full process of system assembly and the all-weather systematic service. The company integrates the entire industrial chain by upholding a systematic idea and achieves the reasonable allocation of industrial resources via brand and technologies.
 
　　Performance test on S-shaped road: the first test road for trailers in China
　　During the assembly of trailers, gaps will be formed between different parts when they are connected and assembled. The position in the initial assembly may be different from the position in driving. Parts will form internal force that causes incomplete restoration. In order to achieve reliable, safe and stable driving of trailers and eradicate tire deformity, wear and abnormal erosion and reduce fuel consumption, we have specially built a 400M*10M S-type road for performance test, thus becoming the first among peers to test the performance of trailers on S road. Trailers will have their performance tested on the S road before being shipped, and then examined, measured and adjusted to make sure the engagement of all parts is good enough for driving, so as to ensure the reliability and stability of delivered trailers, eliminate abnormal tire wear and guarantee the braking performance and agility.
 
　　Electronic weighing: dare to promise, compare and take responsibility
　　Each Jiuzhou trailer is electronically weighed before being delivered. The weighing process consists of three steps: first, plus the carriage; second, plus the axle; third, plus the tires. Lightweight is reflected in every step so that users will feel reassured when buying lightweight trailers.
　　The steel semitrailer only weighs 5.68 tons and has passed the loading experiment by carrying 90 tons of steel billets
 
　　Versatile performance of Jiuzhou trailers
　　We depend on the performance of not only the truck, but also the trailer to handle complicated road conditions, weather and other unpredictable factors. The new performance of lightweight trailers brings more reassuring and worry-free experience for customers along with higher transportation yield. 　　Jiuzhou trailers: more value, higher return
　　Lighter to carry more: the dead weight is 1 ton less than that of competitors, and capable of creating RMB 12000-15000 more profits for customers in each 100,000km operation. The dead weight is 1 ton less than traditional trailers and the profit from coal transportation from Shandong to Inner Mongolia is RMB 40000-plus more each year.
　　Reliable quality and high attendance: premium auxiliary parts are used; cargo loading does not deform the container; the rail enjoys lifetime warranty; annual attendance rate is 5% higher than industrial average, allowing creating an additional year profit of RMB 10000 for customers.
　　Endurable and higher residual value: the service life of Jiuzhou trailers is 1-2 years longer than competitors and second-hand trailers are sold at a higher price, allowing to create RMB 5000-10000 more profits for customers.
