In order to strengthen the management of road traffic safety in urban areas, regulate the traffic order of trucks, prevent the occurrence of major road traffic accidents, and effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property, it is implemented in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Regulations and other laws and regulations, in line with the principle of "safety, standardization and convenience", the management measures for the restriction of trucks are implemented on some roads in the urban area of ​​our county. The announcement is as follows:
1. Prohibited roads. The section to the south of the intersection of Xinbei Ring Road (National Highway 342) and Provincial Highway 335; the section to the south of the intersection of Xinbei Ring Road (National Highway 342) and Provincial Highway 234; the section to the south of the intersection of New North Ring Road (National Highway 342) and Longmeng Road; Gaomeng Highway The section to the east and south of the intersection with Yunmeng Road; the section to the east of the intersection of Xihuan Road and Xincheng West Road; the section to the east of the intersection of Xihuan Road and Wenhe North Road; the section to the north of the intersection of Nanhuan Road and Liuhong Road; the section of Nanhuan Road and Mengshan Road The section north of the intersection; the section north of the intersection of South Ring Road, 205 National Road and Dongmeng Road. The enclosed area formed by the above road lines is the no-going area. Boundary roads (the section west of the intersection of South Ring Road, West Ring Road, Yunmeng Road and Gaomeng Road) are excluded.
2. Types of prohibited vehicles. Yellow card trucks (heavy trucks, medium trucks, hazardous chemical transport vehicles, low-speed trucks), tractors, vehicles that do not meet emission standards.
3. Temporary access. Vehicles for the transportation of hazardous chemicals such as refined oil and natural gas that really need to pass in restricted areas, vehicles for special purposes such as emergency rescue, road clearance, power communication security, heating and water supply repairs, etc. Security standard vehicles and trucks temporarily entering or leaving the city should go to the traffic management department of the public security organ to apply for a temporary pass by virtue of the relevant certificates, driving licenses, and driving licenses. Trucks that have obtained a pass must travel in strict accordance with the time and route approved by the pass.
4. For those who violate this notice, the traffic management department of the public security organ will investigate and punish in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations; obstruct state organ staff from implementing the law according to law Those who are employed will be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. For other restrictions on trucks not covered in this notice, the actual road traffic prohibition signs shall prevail.
6. This notice shall come into force on March 11, 2019.
